Absolutely! All personal information submitted to KillBrand.com is fully protected and will NOT be sold or given to a third party.

HOW CAN I PAY?

Shaunwhite.com accepts all major credit cards and ApplePay.

CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

You bet! All Shaunwhite.com packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your package by doing a Google Search for your tracking number.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Did you make a mistake? We totally understand. We may be able to make changes to your order. E-mail us within 24 hours of placing your order. Send an e-mail to shop@shaunwhite.com to request a change.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Your order will be delivered by your local mailman. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS United States Standard Shipping (U.S. Postal Service First Class and/or Priority Mail). International orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The price of shipping is determined in U.S. pounds (lbs.) by the approximate combined weight of all items in your order.

USPS United States Standard Shipping cost is $8.95 for up to 1 pound plus $1 for each additional pound.

USPS International Airmail shipping cost for Canada is $20.00 for up to 1 pound plus $1 for each additional pound. For all other foreign countries, shipping cost is $20.00 for up to 1 pound plus $3 for each additional pound.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

USPS United States Standard Shipping: General delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

USPS International Shipping: General delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service International Airmail delivery.

In extreme cases, some items in your order may be out of stock. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

YOU HAD A DESIGN THAT I WANTED, BUT NOW IT’S GONE! CAN I STILL BUY IT?

If a particular design is no longer listed on our site, it is no longer available for purchase. Occasionally, older designs are deleted from our catalog to make room for new stuff.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be sent to the address below. Please acknowledge the following before sending. Make sure the shirt has not been extensively worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Email shop@shaunwhite.com to confirm your return before sending. The return ranges are, for a full refund you have 10 days to return the item upon receipt. For store credit you have 15 days to return the item. After 15 days have passed returns are no longer taken as turnover on stock and sales is quick.
